Aerodynamics

The aerodynamics of the SW-03e have undergone significant changes compared to the previous model.The front wing has been expanded and now has more ailerons on both sides.The rear wing has also been improved, with a Drag Reduction System (DRS), known from Formula One, among others. In addition, considerable work has gone into improving the chassis and introducing a new, enlarged diffuser.

Chassis&Suspension

The frame and suspension of the SW-03e is a modern, lighter construction made of chrome-molybdenum steel.This has contributed to the weight reduction, despite the switch to an electric drivetrain, which is heavier than the internal combustion system we previously used.The suspension has also been improved over its predecessor, allowing for greater stability, handling and flexibility in the settings used.

Powertrain

Following the latest trends in the automotive field, the SW-03e model has been equipped with an electric drive system.It consists of two electric motors with a total output of 110 kW, with a differential equipped with a torque vectoring system.In our first project using electric propulsion, we introduced a proprietary design of an energy storage system (BMS) and a high-voltage battery system.
